Ebel 9187251-15567 wrist watches news:
Now that Rolex has made a watch that can go to a depth of 12K+, do you think Omega will rise to the chalange and make one that goes even deeper? I have a PO and Seamaster right now and I don't know anyone that dives past three hundred feet let alone two thousand as per the PO. Has anyone done a comparison between the new Rolex Deep Sea and the PO in terms of thickness? I imaging that the Rolex is quite a bit thicker than the PO making it look brutal on the wrist.
You know we've made it when you google HAMILTON WATCH FORUM, and we come up 5th on the first page. . . after only 22 days of our existence. Why we're still an infant. Pardon me but I have to change foghorn's diaper and you gotta know, changing a rooster's diaper is a challenging operation.
This post has been a little more than a week in the making.... I recently acquired my someday watch and frankly have been through the gambit of emotions since then. My first 'real' timepiece was a Patek Philippe Aquanaut 5065 that I acquired in 1999 at the ripe old age of 30. This was my first exposure to Patek Philippe and I was just smitten by the watch - with its see-through caseback and funky dial with matching tropical strap. Purchasing the watch from an AD, I started receiving the Patek Philippe Magazine and determined that my someday watch would be a complication from Patek. Over the past couple of years, I acquired a Rolex GMT II (fantastically robust timepiece) and a JLC Grand Reverso Ultra Thin Duoface Bleu (a classic design with two faces that can be set independently). Several months ago, I decided it was time to acquire a perpetual calendar, so I looked seriously at the new JLC MUT perpetual and the JLC Master 8 Day perpetual. Both are incredible watches and outstanding va
2 times per year? You may remember to my incoming thread earlier this year Well it was a sweet watch from and AD ,arrived wrapped in cardboard with totally different serial numbers than on the CoO or the packaging , you may think my dealer mismatched the papers and the watch but it wasn t the case since we took out from the sealed transportation box.I wasn t happy at all.making long story short I ve asked the advice of Ken and returned the watch to PP with the wish to get a new piece ASAP .Took an other three months of waiting and I ve collected yesterday,The moral of the story ?never thought I can write Incoming thread into the PP forum within 3months
I had an opportunity to see a split second Ferrari model. Interesting watch! Hob nail dial, kinda 1940 case and the rattrapante movement. If I could replace the Ferrari emblem, I'd be all over it !!! Anyone else come across the Ferrari line? Thoughts?
