Back in 2007 Jaeger-LeCoultre released this Master Eight Days Perpetual calendar? (ref. 16124SQ) watch - and it still looks beautiful today. With an original price of about $100,000 , there are (relative) deals to be found today. The skeletonized black 'frosted' movement is amazing to look at, but you'll have to forgive the design for making you hunt a bit for all the information that you have available on the dial. The movement color is actually due to ruthenium, and there are transparent discs all over the dial.Set in a 41mm wide 18k pink gold "Master" collection case, the watch nicely mixes classic Jaeger-LeCoultre aesthetic with the visual interest of a modern style skeletonized movement. Legibility is maintained through use of gold hands and hour markers that contrast with the gray other elements which are great. Help with a watch
Randy Jackson on American Idol has a large orange faced with silver cased watch on last ight with a black leather band. The face of the watch had 3 circles in the middle of it. It did not have the traditional time markings so I am assuming one of the 3 circles was the time. Anyone have any ideas about this watch?Thanks

Hi all,I have been very fortunate to get good advice and suggestions from all the experts of this great forum. My watch collection currently consists of BLNR, Speedy, Sub-C and latest addition Ti44 which was my first AP. I have found myself wearing the Ti44 all the time and really love this watch. It is comfortable and accuracy is spot on.I have set a certain limit for my collection and I am considering the following options (I am not considering ROs or Pateks at the moment):1) Trade my Ti44 for Ti Schumi and be done with it (only 1 AP+current watches)2) Keep the Ti44 and add an AP Diver for variety (15710ST), possibly adding RO (15400st) later on3) Keep the Ti44 and add another 44 novelty (new ceramic, FC or 26401ro; which one?)As the Ti44 and Ti Schumi are a bit similar (at least from a distance), I am wondering whether it is worth of spending such a premium. Going rate of Schumi is > 50k EUR at the moment. Also my Ti has a 5 year warranty which is not the case with Schumi. On the

Hello AP lovers. Almost a year has passed side the new ROC 41mm was introduced, what are your thoughts? Do owners of the 39mm feel they want a new 41? Better design? Has the 39mm lost value now that the 41mm are available or since they have been discontinued have they increased their value?
