I live in The Woodlands Texas (North Houston), work in the Resedential Home Construction Industry -I sell homes for the 5th largest public builder on the NYSE.I love Rolex watches (obviously), and as far as that goes -crave all the knowledge I can consume about pentacles of my interest.I attached a cool pic taken on a beach this summer of me, my gf, and a cool SS Submariner. I have an Omega Constellation that I wish to send off to Jesse (Omega564) to get him to service and clean up for me, sounds simple.well not so if you live in Ireland.For the past few weeks I have been in a battle with the postal service in Ireland, first problem they refuse to insure my watch for me in the mail, they have a policy of no jewellery/cash can be insured I tried a few other methods to get the watch to Jesse, anyone travelling to the states and then maybe post it locally..not possible as people not prepared to carry someone else's sealed parcel. Understandable but annoying.Today I got really peeved with making so many phonecalls trying to sort it out that I decided to just post it and not care about insurance, just let my Connie run loose in the world and be at the mercy of the vultures that steal from the mail. So off to the post office and when asked what was in my package, I explained a vintage watch for repair. I was told that I may be liable for customs duty on return i

Hello everyone,I'm still waiting for my first Patek to be delivered, a 5990/1a. I went to the mall the other day and stopped by my AD to get an update. They told me it should be here by mid march. I'm also interested in getting a 5711/1R, which I'm trying to find one now. I've always wanted a rose good watch on a bracelet. However, as I was walking around the store, I saw a 5712r, which I was not interested in before, but for some reason starting to like now.I wanted to know what your thoughts are on both watches.Thanks,Majed
