I have the previous generation watch as well as this . I thought this watch would be an imvement and so far it has been. The [info] adds sunrise/sunset data to the menu as well as a couple of other fixes such as allowing you to deselect beeps when you press the buttons. Otherwise, it is nearly identical to the [info]. The difference for me is the display face of the [info] is now double layered glass that was supposedly to make the display easier to read. What it actually did was make the display darker. Holding the [info] and the [info] next to each other in low light situations you can immediately see the difference. I prefer the [info] simply because it easier to read and it is the watch I wear. Other than that, both watches are durable, light, and do a great job.

Found a watch...
We bought a rather old house and while cleaning out the garage we found a pocket watch in a drawer and was wondering if its worth hanging on to or if it's just junk and could be tossed out. Inside it says its a Hamilton 992B and the serial number is C275750. 21 Jewels and something about 6 positions? It still works, but is a little beat up. A few recent threads have really got me thinking about something:Right now I have 6 Omegas, 1 JLC, 1 Tag, and 1 Panerai in my collection. I like my watches a lot (some more than others of course). But I can't help but think that buying some of them was a mistake. I do not look forward to wearing them as much as I should. However, since I have already bought them and cannot travel back and prevent myself from doing so, I feel like I am stuck with them. Not stuck in a bad way, but more in a neutral way. I simply don't want to have to sell them for so much less than I have paid for them.Anyone else know what I am talking about?I've noticed that a lot of you guys seems to have a good deal of turnover in your collections. How do you deal with the losses incurred when you sell watches?

Why RC Rose Gold rather than Ceramic Bezel?
As per the rhread title, why do people tend towards the rose gold rubber clad rather than the ceramic bezel'd offshore chrono model?I think the ceramic looks much better, particularly given the hour markers...
