I didn't wear this one for a few days, so naturally it ran down. I had to do a double take when I picked it back up today - it stopped on "Rolex Time"! Closer examination showed that it actually was about 58 seconds beyond "official time". Did this ever happen to you?

No clue what i have
I was given a IWC watch about a year ago, and this is what was said..."Hey this old guy gave me a watch a while back and told me that it was expensive, its a nice watch do you want it?" Of coarse i said yes and thought expensive ment $200 tops. well much to my surprise after i googled the company i found myself in awe when i saw that the cheapest of these watches online was right around $3000. Its floated around in the center console of my car for the last year. Like the title of this post says i have no idea what i have, and i have no clue if its real or fake, and if its real what it may be worth. Im hoping somebody on here can inform me to what i have and if its fake or not without seeing it in person. New here and have researched and pondered this movement for about 15 years with no luck. I'll assume American as the regulator is fast/slow. Some info-44.5mm across pillar plate, 46 mm dial, 42.5 across back.KW SW, KS LS. SN# 61930The heart bridge is most unusual, usually seen in European movements.Hoping some fresh eyes might help solve this mystery. Thanks, TK
