Hey guys!I just saw this on the bay and I felt physical pain in my stomach!Somebody took a sterling silver trench watch that has an integrated snap on shrapnel guard and they CUT most of the guard off so only the outside ring is showing ! ! ! ! ! !I guess they wanted it to look decorative or something.............I usually never comment about things I see on the bay but this is the WORST thing that I have EVER seen that has been done to a watch ! ! ! ! ! !Waltham Sterling Silver Watch OR250960641861These cases that still have the snap on guards are INCREDIBLY HARD to come by (especially in sterling silver), what in the world was the person thinking who cut it up ? ? ? ? ? ?ARRRGGGG ! ! ! ! ! ! ! I need a drink after looking at that picture ! ! ! !This is what the case SHOULD look like.

Will an automatic movement fit in a quart-driven Hamilton Khaki King?
I can't find any information supporting this, but it seems possible, given that the case is thick enough. Does anyone have dimensions for the thickness of either? Thanks.

New Accutron on the Way!
No it isn't a Vx-200 diver. But a Breckenridge quartz in blue. While I've not found many pictures of this model, the dial/face/and reputation of Accutron made it hard to resist. A seller on the 'bay was wanting $299 BIN, a quick search brought up a previous auction that he had accepted $150 for it only a few weeks earlier. While I basically bought this watch sight unseen, besides some stock photos, I'm pretty excited to get a NIB Accutron for $150.

has anyone else noticed the recent spike in the grey market for the Hulk? Seems a year ago they were 8.......now 10 bnib.Is this speculation about the end of the series......like the 16610lv run of 7 years or just hype? My AD got one in and i reserved it this week but i am told that there were a few folks that were desperate for it.......is this a sales hype or legit?Seems odd that a watch that has been out for almost 7 years is this hard to fund and trading for a premium like this......the SD43 is easier to get....and it should not be.....
