Emporio Armani AR1683 wrist watches news:
For about a year I have been looking for a suitable and affordable Omega F300 to add to my modest collection of tuning fork watches and I think I got lucky. This one was a retirement gift to a Market Basket employee in 1976 and it looks like he just took it home and put it into the dresser. It is in absolutely pristine condition, very close to NOS in my opinion, and came with the inner and outer boxes, the owners manual, the guarantee book and the chronometer certification. One thing I find interesting is that the bracelet also has a Market Basket marking so it is certainly the original bracelet and it is a Speidel Twistoflex. I generally use my watches but I think I found one that really should be babied.
I posted in the WTB forum for a 2998 Speedmaster, but I fear many of the members here don't frequent that forum, so I'd like to just mention that I am in the market for one of those rare birds. If anyone knows of a good candidate...from a friend...another site...etc, please send me a message. I saw one sell recently on Ebay for 6k, and that seems to be about the lowest price for a solid watch. Most sellers are hoping for 8 ish, it seems. Although, most don't sell. I hope this post doesn't violate any important by-laws or guidelines.
This month's Watch Time features black-on-black watches, stealth wrist ornaments. I have mixed opinions on this latest fashion statement. Do any of you have a black-on-black watch? What's your take on this new trend?
Has anybody on here got the new 2013 Seawolf?I am really taking a liking to this watch especially with the slate grey dial!I have some questions though:- Is the watch exactly the same in dimensions as the previous model?- Is the bracelet now straight (was never 100% about the skewed professional 2 bracelet)?- Does the watch come with solid end links?I like the pointed seconds hand and the handset with the extended ends better, however I still wish they ditched the useless 10-100 scale on the chapter ring...Thanks for any advice. Photos always appreciated to drool over !
Hey all, need some opinionsCurrently I have 1) 1140602) 116710 ( bought it to be my boy¡±s growing up watch)Recently I was blessed with the arrival of my little girl hence I am thinking of acquiring another crownBeen thinking of 1) hulk 2) 116613LNI really love the submariner range and I am thinking of retiring the 114060 for my Daughter. My mind is on the TT but it will be harder to wear on a daily basis. But the 116613LN has always been a grail ( not bluesy, I don¡¯t know why but it just don¡¯t sing to me) I really like the classic black and gold look. The hulk is growing on me as it reminds me of my little girl now hahaha she is a little fighter! But the price is atrocious ( talking of preowned here, almost the same price of the TT)no Batman please and no Daytona ( doesn¡¯t sing to me too)
