where to service my manual longines
hello,my manual longines watch that i got from ebay is running about 1 minute fast every day. the seller told me he didn't know when it had last been serviced, so i should probably see about getting one.can anyone advise me of a decent (cost effective if possible) means of getting this watch serviced. on the high street i have been told anywhere between 100 and 215 pounds....for a manual watch!i have got a price of 40 pounds from chealwatch, which is obviously tempting, however i dont want to do anything stupid by sending it somewhere dodgy...any advise / warning would be greatly appreciated

Gents, I just wish to thank you all for this community.Our good member Mike has been nothing but gracious with his time and effort in securing and shipping to me a pair of screws that I need for my Bumblebee.It must have been at least 10 emails back and forth, putting up with my naive questions, taking delivery himself, and then taking the time to personally ship half way across the world. All refusing to let me know of any cost until he was certain it was on a plane.This is what the Audemars Piguet Brotherhood is all about.Mike, you are a true gentleman and I am grateful for your time and effort my friend.PS: I am going to keep the card on my side-table because I want to see my wife's reaction.

POC 8500 in for repair
Hi All,My POC 8500 has had to go back to Omega for repair as it is randomly gaining time. I don't wear it everyday but keep it in a watchwinder when it's not on my wrist. I noticed a couple of weeks ago that it would gain about 4 minutes overnight then about 1-2 minutes a day after that.Has anyone had any similar problems? Also, does anyone know how long it'll be before I get it back? Missing it already
