- I was looking for a new watch that was pretty but not so fancy that I couldn't wear it everyday. This watch fit the bill. It's absolutely beautiful but not over the top flashy. I'd recommend this to anyone looking for a beautiful classy watch.

Sorry for the lousy pictures.But does anyone know what model this is?The closest I can find in Shugart is the "Grover", 1951. The dial seems to be correct but the lugs just don't look right.

Single YGF Waltham Watch Case looking for elegable movement. Object matrimony.
Last month an auction for a WALTHAM VINTAGE ART DECO CASE AND DIAL OF WATCH caught my eye. There was a frontal pic of the assembled case and a short description ¨C ¡°WALTHAM ART DECO CASE AND TWO TONE DIAL. CASE MEASURES 36mm X 28mm¡±. The seller was from Israel (not an Empress) and had good feedback so I took a shot and here¡¯s what I got.I figured from the dimensions that it would fit a 6/0 size movement and it does. It¡¯s a Star case but is not marked Waltham. It is 10k RGP with a stainless back. I would guess it¡¯s from the 30s. The design is a little out there for Waltham. I could see it more as a Bulova. I really like it though and think it will make a gorgeous watch. The paint on the dial is a might crude. Some bleeding under the edges of the mask. My only problem with it is it doesn¡¯t fit onto any of the variants of a model 1942 which is the only 6/0 size Waltham I have in my collection.The spacing of the feet would be 1, 21, 37 in minutes around the dial. Does anyone recognize this

Hi allFollowing the recent price changes, in the letter sent by PP to ADs it mentioned there would be a further review of pricing in June 2015. Just wanted to get your thoughts on what you think may happen?In the UK I think we will get an increase of some sort but this is more of a guess!Anuj
