Franck Muller Franck Muller 1752 wrist watches news:
Hello allI am a new member, i joined today!!I am looking for any info on my Omega Geneve Dynamic, such as date and model number.I bought it from a friend in 1978, it was secondhand when i bought it, cost me my first ever weeks wage. The watch has date window and is a wind up watch. That is basically all i know.I have looked on various sites to try and find it, but cannot find one like it because mine has numbers on the face where all others i found do not have numbers.Thank you very muchMark
Well, a friend of mine gave me this LeJour Chronograph a while a back. I haven't a clue about Vintage Watches, let alone restorations. I really like the style of the watch and although I'm not sure the pictures captured it, the dial has a really nice tropical feel to it. The watch also a surprising amount of lume left. The questions on my mind about this watch:Is this worth repairing? Is this a desirable model? (I believe it's 50's to 60's)Should I sell it for parts? If it is worth repairing, any suggestions of a watchmaker in the NY, NJ, CT area that would be able to work on this? Thanks Guys!
Got a good thread in the CF going right now. Help us keep it going, and join in on the fun!watchtalkforums.info/forums/s...ead.php?t=3662
Hi all ,Picked up my first PP late last October for a milestone birthday, but haven't got around to posting pics till now. I know this guy isn't a forum favourite but it ticks a lot of my boxes - rose gold, micro-rotor, date function, interesting dial, deployment clasp with the Calatrava cross etc. I feel very blessed to be able to acquire this watch at my age. Its a shame that most people in my generation are more interested in acquiring an Apple watch then a mechanical one. But, hey different folks, different strokes.Anyway, here's to many more to come PS. Please excuse the casual attire paired with the watch I know it looks a bit out of place, but will be wearing this one with a suit/ formal attire. Cheers
Will the 5980/1R-001 be discontinued also has there been a price increase recently.
