I am trying to locate an oyster brushed bracelet #78790a off of an Explorer 2 or GMT 2 with solid end links to install on my Daytona 116520. Any help will be appreciated.
Long time lurker, first time poster.I've grown more and more interested in a Breitling, and with the closing of several Bailey Banks & Biddle stores in the US, I feel now might be my best opportunity for a while to get a new Breitling from an AD at a terrific price. The current markdown is 30%, which is not great by discount standards, but I believe its quite good by Breitling discount standards. I don't know which models remain in stock at my local store, but I'm hoping some of the entry-level models are still available. As I'm waiting for the next markdown (40%, which could happen before Aug1) I'm curious what advice the members of this forum have for me with regards to purchasing a new Breitling, whether it be model advice or if this is even that great of an opportunity.
I bought a new Hamilton today. I was looking around in my local AD and the owner just wanted to make a deal. I couldn't refuse. But the thing is that I don't have my camera here. So let's play twenty questions and see who could guess what I bought. I will tell you it is from the American Classics line.BTW, I'll probably be gone from the computer for a few hours so be patient with me.
WTF,There are massive problems on ebay right now, I found and reported these problems no less than 60 days ago and ebay seems to be ignoring the problem. This problem effects dealers and buyers alike. If a change is made to a listing, meaning a revision, it will NOT go back into the specified section that it is suppose to be listed in. This problem is system wide in the watch section spanning ALL watches from Rolex, Elgin, Waltham, Omega and so on. I deal in Elgins and Walthams pre-1940. If a revision is made to the listing on price or product description or anything else it will not go back to the specified section of pre-1940, it will go the the "non specified" section of that category. So, customers searching for specific watches cannot find them and dealers are loosing customers once again because their watches cannot be found. Several guys from this forum have purchased watches from me and you know that I write extremely long product descriptions. I often add more information afte
I wish that the G-Shock has a Web site that allowed you to check off the features you liked, then presented the models that had them. The red numerals look slick, imho. This one caught my eye. What others are there? I think a Riseman with the red numerals would be about perfect. Pic borrowed from Web.
