24hr hand on GMT II
On the GMT II Should the green 24 hr hand be sync'ed to the hour hand, in other words if it is 9am the green hand would be on the 9 position on the bezel (when the bezel is centred on the 12 o'clock) and then at 9pm the green hand would be on the 21 position on the bezel??So at 6am the green hand would be on the 6 position of the bezel and 6pm on the 18 position of the bezel. It is 6pm exactly now and my green hand is in the 15 position on the bezel (between the 7&8 indices on the dial)??It appears to show that the hands are sync'ed in the illustrations in the instruction booklet.Confused or have I got a rogue GMT

i've heard various views on the helium valve cap but i've never understood why omega chose a manually operated means of releasing helium. could it have been their bad experience with the pre-screwdown crown on the SM300? any offers???

ETA grade identification
Since I'm in a process of continuous learning (and waiting for my new ETA 2824-2 equipped watch ) I am really interested in the identification of ETA movement levels. Am I totally wrong in thinking that the -2 in 2824-2 refers to this (quoted part)?
