I would really love one of these watches - another in my "cannot afford, not even close" collection of watch desires. I can still appreciate them from afar right? The first Hautlence watches were in cases that looked like TV screens, and finally we see them in a round cased watch. You can see from the images and videos that there are many different styles that arose from the base design. The timepiece begins here with the new case that is 44mm wide and has an interesting construction. I like how the lugs are applied and their cool special types of screws. Not sure about all the materials used. There are of course the gold versions (rose and perhaps white), as well as some to be in titanium or matte finished steel. The dial options are also impressive with a number of different treatments I am quite fond of looking at. As such, the dials are the most complex parts of the watch.

Need help on a dress watch!!
I'm trying to decide on a dress watch and am agonizing over the decision. It is either a Patek 5196P or a 5146 wg w/slate dial. I know that they are very different but that said I only plan on having 1 dress watch. I like the calatrava because it is the best one Patek offers. The dial is amazing, the watch is discrete, the platinum feels great and the diamond adds a really nice touch that makes the piece feel very special at least to me. The annual calendar is a fantastic piece as well. Automatic is nice, vs. manual wind for the calatrava. The AC offers so much watch! Dial is also great and I like the lume and the all around complication. Both pieces are amazing, yet very different, but I can only justify one. My other watches include an Aquanaut, a bunch of different older/vintage sea dwellers and subs, and a speedy. Here are some pics and I truly welcome your feedback and thoughts.

My new PP Nautilus 5711/1A-010!!!
Hi guys, here is a report of my purchase of the PP Nautilus Ref: 5711/1A-010. A quick background about myself regarding the watches I have had the pleasure of owning so far, which includes an AP RO, a couple of PAMs, Rolex Sub, GMT, Explorer, Daytona, Bremont, JLCs, Zeniths, Breitlings, Stowas, IWCs. So hopefully that adds some credibility to what I say! I purchased this from David Reeves at the London Patek Salon on Bond Street and it was a great pleasure to deal with him!! I initially called the salon around 1 month ago regarding the Nautilus and at the time they did not have one in stock but said they can put my name down on the list. 2 weeks later, they call me and say that its arrived from Switzerland, still vacuum packed and sealed!! So after searching around for others, I decided that I will go for the one at the boutique, they can hold a watch for you for 7 days so that gave me enough time to search around.
