Just recently got a Seiko SND717P1 and after reading the manual and using the stop watch the big second hand is stuck at the 12o'clock possition, i have looked every where in the manual but nothing is mentioned about this, i have pressed the reset button but the big second hand is just at the 12 possition and wont move.any ideas ? or am i being bumb and missing something simple ?helpian

I visited one of the ADs today which I frequent. This one I've known their sales guy for a few years and he's been pretty straight with me. He's been told he can't sell any of these watches. None, nada. They won't be being shipped. Same with the Brown and Black in TT. This is to Longs in the Boston area. He's had about 50 requests on the day of the announcements. He said they were also advised on the introduction of the SS SkyD that they'd be released in limited quantities and would be a very hot item.We discussed the current sales climate with Rolex and his response was that Rolex does as they please and since they aren't a for profit company they are really only currently interested in increasing the Rolex mystique.
