Oris 733-7594-4061MB wrist watches news:
I would like some advice to help choose a good watch:1. Not flashy2. Shows or can toggle 2 time zones (I travel a great deal)3. I don't want to spend over $3,000 or so4. I am open to previously owned5. I don't want a big or oversized watch6. I would like (not a must) for their to be an alarm 7. I would like (not a must) for their to be a stop watch8. I want their to be some classic distinctiveness to the design9. I want the dial to have good read ability (just an easy, quick glance during a meeting10. I would like the value, durability, and manufacturer's reputation to be such that I could pass it down to one of my sons someday. I would be grateful for ideas, suggestions and images. Also, what other criteria am I missing? Thanks in advance!
I was out at lunch today and saw an EVO on a guys wrist that looked like someone had taken a scotchbrite to the entire watch I asked him about it and in fact he did Scotchbrite the whole watch and it looked amazing it was his daily wear watch and he said he was tired of the scratches. It had what I would describe as light to medium grey face with white sub dials. We ended up eating lunch together as this all happened at subway, and talked watches and football the entire time.
Hey guys, I know this is a Rolex forum, but just want to seek your expertise. My colleague is selling his genuine Panerai 005. I just want to make sure if it's legit.. Your help is greatly appreciated, thanks!
I have an affinity for the Rose Gold, and really like the GMT but have hoped and expressed my love for a RG SubMariner...I would be more of a buyer for the GMT II, and although I could get a pretty decent fit with my previous BLNR, I worry with the extra weight of PM, it may be hard to get the right fit...I'm almost relegated to the Glidelock...Who's Hoping to be the first five to purchase the GMT II and ?
So, I really want a SS Daytona but we know that's not going to happen. I've owned a TT Sub and a SS/platinum Yacht Master so I'd like something I haven't had before. I like the looks of the Sea Dweller Deep Sea and its larger size....but thinking of it as a bridge to the Daytona when they are not in such high demand. How is the SD for resale? Will the value hold up in 2 years?Or am I better off going back to a SS Sub for resale puroses? Thanks, Mike
