Looking for Strap to fit ND sub springbars
Hi all,I am looking for a waterproof strap to put on my ND sub that will fit the larger diameter springbars. Has anyone done this? What straps will fit?Thanks

Now that's out of the way (lol)Ok so I had been looking at the Alpha's and wondered on their quality. So finally I pulled the trigger on a GMT model to check them out. I had heard some good and bad with them so I figured it was going to be a crap shoot.On to the watch.It took about 2 weeks for it to arrive from Hong Kong. Here is the package it came in.It was packed well and arrived undamaged and ticking away. No Box, the watch was in a familiar green pouch. Came with a warranty card (LOL) and an instruction manual, and completely wrapped in plastic.After taking off the plastic, and inspecting it, one thing jumped out at me... they look like SEL's but they aren't. They are hollow end links. Have a look.So that was a bummer. Next odd thing that stuck out was... this isn't a divers watch, and it's only rated at 30 meters, yet it has a divers extension. Shinola Unboxing
My dad retires this year, and I want to get him a watch. He currently wears a Timex EZ reader, and likes the legibility, small size, and accuracy. He feels strongly about supporting American companies, and so when I heard about Shinola, it all came together.So, based on how fast the originals sold out, I ordered him a 40 mm Brakeman (hopefully, not too big - wish they had a 38mm model) even though he doesn't retire until the end of the year. The crisp smell of morning after a treacherous downpour the night before permeated the air as I parked at Valley Fair Shopping Center in Santa Clara California on January 8th, 2017.
