- i thought it would be as shiny as in the picture but its ok the crystals are a bit apart . my wrist is on the thinner side so even after taking out some links it is still loose.

When did Citizen watches start to become the target of fakes? Its true. I first learned that Watches-brandwatches-dealer was selling fake Citizen Campanola watches, such as the Grand Complication. This sort of makes sense as the watches are all above $2000 and feature quartz movements. But then I learned that they didn't stop there. They are making fake watches based on authentic Citizen watches which themselves are only a few hundred dollars brand new. I get the market for the fake Rolex or Patek Philippe, but what is the message of faking a Citizen? Aftermarket Bond Band...PICS
I picked this band up on ebay for about 50 dollars shipped. I will post some pictures and my final thoughts can be read soon thereafter.Here is the watch on the original genuine band:This is how the band was protected:Unwrapped:Clasp Deployed:Inside side by side:Genuine Seamaster sideshot:Aftermarket side shot:Installed:Wrist Shot:So as you can see, it's not too bad. Few things to notice, the band uses screw locks rather than pins but it is barely noticeable. The screw locks aren't the best, a few were sticky, I mean really sticky and difficult to remove.Craftsmanship: Good weight, seems to be decent quality steel, (seller claims same grade as OEM). The molds are not perfect so there are a few nicks in a few places, that only the anal retentive (like me)would likely notice upon very close inspection. The edges of the band seem to dig into the wrist a bit more than the OEM band. The SEL's are decent, but you will notice that the polished portion on the SEL's don't have the same luster a
