Finally took the plunge.
$16k is the most I've ever spent on something that wasn't a car. But it was something I've always wanted and treated myself to. It's a Submariner 18K gold and SS with diamonds. It was a choice between that and the Daytona. I just think the black and gold won me over.I love it.

The aftermarket ones are of questionable build quality as I've sadly discovered. Does anyone have knowledge of why Rolex quit manufacturing them ?
