Invicta 1538-3BB wrist watches news:
Sorry guys, I had posted this question on another thread but I think my question was just buried with other responses pertaining to the main thread. My question is about the GMT watch. Some have a 2 colored bezel and some don't. For example one half is blue and one half is red. Or Black and red. Is a 2 part colored bezel used for anything or is it just for looks? I have heard that it can be used to tell day from night. If that is the case then can someone provide instructions on how that is used? Thanks
Hi all.I know that some of you saw my post about going in for surgery and I want to thank you for all your kind thoughts. My surgery went very well and I came home today. I have a myriad of wounds and and look like I went a few rounds with Tyson. I am recovering well and even though we don't have the biopsies back yet, the procedure seems to be very successful. As predicted, It will be a few weeks before I can wear a watch again. I will follow up with you guys from time to time. Thanks again for all the good wishes.Robert
This was the first group picture of my collectionAfter 4 years trades and acquisitions, the group picture was taken again. As you can see I am a modern watch guy, collecting the watches from popular brands. I either buy used watches or good discounted new watches. I payed full price at the AD for the 5711 and 116520 though. To me, the collecting watches is not spending money, it is transforming the money to another format. The difference in the bank account is just one digit, for example x50,000 to x30,000, but the difference in your life and mind is totally different. I enjoy waring the watches everyday, touch them everyday, physical feel the quality they bring you. I can't feel such a happiness if I have one digit difference in the bank account. I really feel this way, how many of you have the same feeling? One more thing, what's your suggestion for my next target in this collection?(Similar post was post in the Rolex Forum, I apologize if you see duplicate. I'd like to learn the opini
I can't confirm, but I think the subject line should start a nice little discussion here. Thanks for the support, and if you can give me pointers on how best to use this forum let me know i'm a newbie, as I'm sure you can tell. JZ
Either a good deal, or someplace where you get the royal treatment, i.e. where they will throw in a necktie and other goodies
