Michele MWW24A000007 wrist watches news:
Sponsored PostUlysse Nardin has recently produced a beautiful corporate movie displaying the people and methods behind the production of watches at their facilities in Switzerland. We've broken down those movies into several parts which will be posted weekly for you to watch. Please enjoy part 4 of the series on how Ulysse Nardin makes watches. As we publish the movies you'll be able to see all of them on the Ulysse Nardin Manufacture Movie page here. For more information visit Ulysse Nardin's website.
I have a question for those of you that have watches with a Valjoux 7750 movement. . . Do you notice the famous wobble sensation of the movement when you wear the watch?
Morley for me today, thanks to Oldly, I really love this watch:
This is the other one that arrived last week. Always had my eye out for a 36mm smooth bezel DateJust with a two tone dial and as you can see this one fit the bill. It is a 2007 model in pretty good shape. I just need to get the crystal replaced due to a couple of nicks on the edges but I knew that going in. Generally I am not a huge fan of Rolex because they are so common but I don't see a lot of two tone dials like this one. Plus the resale is always high so I can flip it easily if I decide to move on.(Just noticed you can see my umbrella setup in the date window on this picture...sorry about that)
Now, this is going to be a tough one.Does any of you know the exact differences, there seem to be 2 types of the 3700. The very first ('76-'79) seem to have no 'nautilus' inscription in the clasp. I have seen it on later models though. Also the links are a bit bigger on the /11, which were sold with 20 links instead of the 23 links on the /1.I've travelled the net, but very little to none is written about it.Anyone?
