- I happen to love Drusy and fell in love with this watch. I only wore it once for a special occasion, but regretfully no one made a comment about it. It's my taste not theirs.

Invicta 15563 wrist watches news:
Hi everyone, thought I might share my experience of today's visit to PP's Salon at Tiffany in NYC. As some of you may know I'm trying to decide between the 5146G and J. The Salon had both, I'm happy to report, and I was able to spend some quality time with both of them. I proudly wore my 5130G which served as a very adequate carte de visite and got along like a house on fire with the very amiable and knowledgeable sales person. I DID NOT KNOW that Tiffany's PPs were branded as such on the dial (of course they are! you are probably saying). Now I like to think I have an incredible eye for detail; however, it is so subtly done that I missed it until told that it was there. I was also told that the complications now have it too thanks to the lobbying of T&CO (et al). Furthermore, in trying to decide to between the two I asked if there was any difference in the hardness of the J vs. the G. I assumed that because the G is plated with rhodium it would be harder. I've had a number of vintage watches, and they've all been too small for my taste. I saw this one and thought the shape might make it wear bigger. So far I'm liking it! I know just about nothing about it - anyone know approximately when it may have been manufactured or any info at all for that matter?photo Bulova.jpg
Just bought my first Omega - was torn between 2 but went for the Planet Ocean in the end - smaller size (41mm I think!) after much deliberation. Very pleased with her! I have a question regarding the Helium Value - does this always have to be screwed tight? If not 100% tight will it let in water? I was told the Rolex Sub is Water Resistent to 50 metres with the crown virtually pulled out! and 300 metres with it screwed tight.I didnt know whether Omega had the same type of sealing system, on Rolex its the triple lock I think its called. The workmanship on the Planet Ocean watch is fantastic, I have always previously owned Rolexes and found them to be excellent but when I look on various forums the Omegas and the Rolexes are 'marked' very closely - as though the quality is very close, yet the price of similar purpose Rolexes is almost twice as much as Omega prices, comparisons such as e.g Seamaster v Submariner or Planet Ocean v Sea Dweller. Are Omegas similar quality/workmanship yet 1/2 t
im looking for some information about my fathers vintage seamaster.. he has owned it for over 20years, but we think it may be much older.. i can't rememebr the exact story behind it, but he came by it in spain a long time ago.it is quartz, and has had a genuine replacement bracelet from omega in recent years (he still has the original bracelet). it displays the day in spanish as well as english.we are sure the case is solid gold, but the bracelet is plated.does anyone have any knowledge of this watch- year, current value, rarity etc..we will be offering it for sale in the near future, but know very little about the physical watch..anyone?thanks!
