Buzz Aldrin Celebrates Moon Landing With Omega
On June 3, astronaut Buzz Aldrin and Omega CEO Stephen Urquhart celebrated the 40th anniversary of the first moon walk at the Omega flagship boutique on Fifth Avenue in New York City. Aldrin and Neil Armstrong were the first humans to set foot on the moon when they made their historic Apollo 11 moonwalk on July 20, 1969. The Omega Speedmaster was the first and only watch worn on the moon. To mark the anniversary, Omega has launched the Speedmaster Apollo 11 Moonwatch, a limited edition timepiece inspired by the original watch worn on the moon.

Alpina Geneve has been named Official Timekeeper of the 57th edition of the 12 Hours of Sebring endurance race to be held March 18-21, 2009 on Sebring International Raceway in Florida. In honor of this event, Alpina has developed a special limited edition timepiece: the Alpina Extreme ’12 Hours of Sebring’. Price for a Green Horse?
Hi AllApologies in advance if this is the wrong forum to post...I'd really like to add a good condition 60's Rado Green Horse Automatic (preferably a 25j model) to my collection, but the huge price differentials I'm seeing on ebay and forum private sales for these watches is bewildering. Some are going for less than ¡ê50, whilst others are being advertised at well over ¡ê200. What should a reasonable price be? Similarly, the golden horse has really grabbed my attention, but I haven't seen any of these available at all...Thanks for any help you can provide...CheersGary

Trying to get a sense of the size difference. 40 vs 43 vs 44. How about depth? I thought the dssd was around 17mm? Not sure about sd43 or sub?
