Invicta 80528 wrist watches news:
I was wondering if anyone knows how to repaint the lettering in the bezel for a Two Tone Daytona bezel. In the phrase "Units per Hour" the letter "n" is faded a little bit so I would like to fix that if it is possible. Is there an easy home made method to do that. I was thinking permanent marker, but I thought that there is probably a better semi-pro way to do it.Here is the image. Thanks...
Maid says she's innocent of crime Jun 3, 2008Fitriana, 25, is being tried at the South Jakarta District Court on charges of stealing two luxury wristwatches, a mobile phone, a digital camera and jewelry belonging to Dendi Gumilang and his wife Ira Syarif, who live in Pondok Indah, South Jakarta. She said Ira had locked her in a room for two days without food and also told her to drink a glass of insecticide. (Jakarta Post, Indonesia City)
I've come to the conclusion that I'll probably never get a PP 5711 blue at list price. The list price is expected to increase 20% on 3/1. Hmm, almost $30,000 for a SS sports watch with a date... The AP RO 15300 blue dial is a great alternative for a lot less money. The blue dials are harder to find in good shape though. The 39mm 15300 is better fit on my ~6.5 wrist compared to the 15400. What was the serial range/years for the 15300? F-I/2005-2012? I would want one that was recently serviced by APSC, if all possible. I've heard that the later serials have a better, improved bracelet clasp. What serial range/year was the better clasp introduced?
Hi there everyone. I am new to the world of AP, however I am about to buy a ROO.... I went into the boutique in Harrods yesterday and was trying on the steel with black face and black crocodile strap which was my first choice when the chap in there mentioned that is easier to damage it then the rubber version. As there are owners of both on here I wanted to get some feedback about damaging them and whether the steel does mark easily and is the rubber version is the better option to be worn a lot... Any advice would be great.ThanksAB
