Just wondering if anyone is able to help me with this pocket watch I acquired. I have the complete guide to watches but can't seem to find this movement matching to any of the sample drawings. Value would be great too. Thanks in advance for all help!! New PP Seal...Good or Bad?????
Hi, i'm new here today.....I am not sure about the new PP Seal.....whilst i understand it goes well beyond the Geneva Seal,its not independent.2 committees within PP administer the new Seal,with,apparently the authority to stop production if necessary.Whilst PP has proved beyond ALL doubt of their ability to consistently make exceptional quality watches;i just cannot help feeling a little uncomfortable about this situation.I think it may have been better to co-operate with SoG to develop a new standard which could still be independently verifiable.What do you think????

Considering this watch as a daily wearer, but can it handle the stress? I have been reading ceramic case horror stories and I am now reconsidering my position. newly serviced Exp II running fast
my 16570 came back from the Toronto RSC 4 days ago after a full service. it's running nearly 4 seconds fast / day.i've been wearing it 16 hours / day and have it on a winder overnight.should i give it a few weeks to see if it comes to w/in spec, or should i expect it to be more accurate immediately? i paid for it, i would like the accuracy.
