Jaeger LeCoultre Q151842A wrist watches news:
How do we quote a portion of a message in a reply? I have only been able to quote the whole message, not a portion of it. I'm guessing that it's simple to do, just haven't been able to get it to work.
I have a ceramic diver and have been seeing more and more threads talking about members getting or advising to get short straps, I find my diver very comfortable, so much that I am very surprised as I thought it wouldn't be so much, my question is this, I have 6.9 wrists, if I get a short strap will the comfort be greatly improved or seeing as how it's already quite comfortable it's just a waste of money as it would either be the same comfort or the improvement would be so small that it's not worth it?Does anyone here have a diver and more or less the same wrist size as me and bought the short strap? Was there a significant difference in comfort?I had a Patek 5726 on strap and I had to get the short strap because the deployant was sinking in the side of my wrist and it was more than uncomfortable, it was clearly painful, but none of this with the diver, in fact I actually sleep with it, so comfort is not a issue, of course if the existing comfort level will be improved highly I think i
Post your AP Chrono pictures. Preferably. In the sunlight.
All,I was curious to everyone's thoughts/previous experiences with how the RRO non limited edition lines hold their value... Seeing that current pre-owned 42mm themes sell between 12.5k-18.5k usd do they usually go up in value over time? Would them being discontinued because of the new 2014 line coming out increase their future value or will it just be regarded as a old model with little demand like some of the older RO chronos and first ROO models? The piece I have in mind in particular is the Safari which would be put on a bracelet.Thank you in advance!
My must get watch of the moment is a Speedy 3570.40 Japan Racing Dial. To those in the know, how hard are these to acquire? It seems quite difficult, especially for a watch made in 2004, to source a mint version. Also, it seems as though there are some fakes out there, too, which gives me pause. Is this a fools errand?
