Jaeger LeCoultre Q2508110 wrist watches news:
Howdy WTFers, so I bid and won this Junghans watch. Vintage Junghans Incabloc SubSecond Manual Watch Now, being a newbie and all I didn't do the necessary research before bidding while it was shipped I began reading about different Junghans models. I read that their logo is usually an eight point star but also made some with a five point star. As you can see, this model has six points. so I contacted the seller and he claims he bought it at an estate sale and doesn't know anything else about it. He has agreed to refund my money if I don't want it but I thought I'd check with you guys first. I like the look of the watch but I wouldn't want to keep it if it's a dud. Also, can you guys tell me how much I overpaid by. I mean, I'm assuming I did, but just would like to know by how much. I didn't find any similar looking watches on the bay. Thank you in advance for your help.
Does anyone have a guide or information on how to change the bezel on a Debaufre Ocean One? Am I better off removing the bezel completly before removing the old insert? or can I remove the insert with the bezel still on the watch?Any help is appreciated.
Got a call from ben bridge timeworks in ala moana yesterday and went in to get my strap installed and sized. Was nice to be able to open the packaging myself...I see why some of you guys on here love to do that. Took about 40 mins to install and size the strap but im pretty happy with the result...it really makes the piece look more casual and sporty than the bracelet. Girlfriend says she likes the bracelet better...but eh, this will allow me to wear the watch more, and that's what its for right? Ill swap to the bracelet on certain occasions though. A couple little things...The watchmaker at ben bridge scratched the back of 3 of the lugs during this process...so my baby isn't flawless anymore. Eh, it wasn't going to be perfect forever. I wore it yesterday for a few hours and was outside for a majority of the time...in the heat I developed a rash on my wrist under the new strap. I put some corticosteroids on the rash and washed the strap with soap and water...I hope this will help...im
