Jaeger LeCoultre Q2608110 wrist watches news:
I just ordered a Khaki Field King Quartz with a metallic green dial on a tan strap that I think is what is called a NATO strap. I haven't seen one in person, but the price seemed too good to pass up - $136.50 new. I say it's "kind of" an impulse buy because I've been wondering how the metallic green dial looks, and it seemed the only way I'd find out was to buy one!I had a little over $100 sitting in my Paypal account, so I figured I'd take a chance. Does anybody have, or has anybody seen, a Hamilton with a metallic green dial, and if so, what do you think of it?

I like blue dials, and I like Ebel bracelets. And I like cool, twin-barrel and impressively thin movements. This one has an Ebel 080, nėe Lemania 8810, n¨¦e Longines 990. 2.96mm thick automaticstill among the thinnest with date and sweep seconds. This Ebel is a real stealth buyan uncommon movement usually found in high-end watches in a model priced as though it houses a 2892. A friend was having trouble with his Submariner stopping at random. He had had the watch from new and decided it needed a service. It was sent away to Rolex at a cost of ¡ê520 and was away for 3 months. When he got it back it was all shiny like a new watch but was still stopping. It has been returned to Rolex with no promise of a quick turn around that's not what I call a good service.Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk Pro
My wife has a good friend who has mentioned to me that her father is into watches. Today I got the chance to meet and talk with him at his granddaughter's birthday party (his granddaughter is the same age and friends with my son). Here's the watch he was wearing today. I'm relatively new to watches as a hobby (within the last couple of years), so this is by far the nicest one I've seen in person. It was truly beautiful.
