JeanRichard JeanRichard 6087 wrist watches news:
This was a tough article to write. I was asked to come up with five top watches from Baselworld 2010. You don't realize that walking around there for over a week you see thousands of watches. Well, here on AskMenwatches-dealer is my list of five. Please realize that I did not intend this to be a competition, each of these watches is the top five, in no particular order. You can see that I choose watches that have good, restrained design, and that should be commercially a success. Baselworld 2010 was not about crazy expensive watches, but good solid designs that people will actually want to buy. So check it out and let me know what you think.Read my Top 5 New Watches At Baselworld 2010 article here on AskMenwatches-dealer.
I've just been looking at the ladies Seamasters Pro's and they are rated to 300m, just like the gents SMP. Omega don't offer an auto version and the He valve is quite clearly missing. So if its not needed on the ladies SMP, it's not needed on a gents SMP. Or am I missing something? omegawatches/index.ph...000&no_cache=1
I have finally decided to jump into the world of AP and have decided on the AP ROO Elephant. I have a strap size question. I have a 7 1/4 wrist and want to also order the grey strap to go along with the hornback that comes with it and was wondering if I need to order the xtra small rubber strap for a tight fit? I am not a big fan of my rubber / leather straps being lose or should the standard size fit me right out of the box? also wondering if anyone knows how much the rubber strap retails for so I have an idea of what I am looking at.thanks again for the help
With the looming price increase, I had been talking to my (Fr. John's) AD about another watch, a 3570, which is the only new Omega that has been calling to me for the past few years. One thing that has kept me from pulling the trigger has been some reported QC issues with the new productions, so I had been waiting around patiently for a nice pre-loved one, when this beauty happened along: a mint 1974 cal 861, with the original bracelet, provenance from the Omega archives, and purring from a fresh overhaul by Shane Ede, watchmaker to Chuck Maddox himself. Sometimes the stars just align!
I normally don't worry about the plethora of fakes on ebay... I will however make an exception for this one as it appears to be fooling many punters..ebay.au/itm/400995053...617&rmvSB=trueI haven't wasted my time checking the numbers with the manufacturer as I am sure its crap... they are reasonably convincing to most.Beware of complicated vintage pateks.... they have been reproducing them in china for some time now.... $4500us to convert a Valjoux 23 into a Patek 130..... about 10k for a complete watch.....the newer versions are even more convincing...Be careful.
