Since my Ball Aviator Dual-Time's the closest watch and/or brand I own to American (at least in heritage), thought I'd create some patriotic wallpapers for the upcoming Independence Day holiday..I hope you enjoy them!
Ok Admins I have a questions for you. How do we regain the status level we had on the original board? I ask this because on the old board I was a senior member, with 4 stars and 319 posts.:) When I tried to logon on to this board with the same username as the old board it said I had to register, so I did but I did with the same user name. However now it shows me as a new member with just a couple of posts thus far. The old info didn't carry over to this board. Not that it really matters as far as keeping the old status but it would be nice since I have always been active on these boards.
I just purchased a BNIB PO XL yesterday. At midnight I noticed that the calendar doesn't change with a quick snap like on Rolexes, APs or other brands. Last night I noticed that the calendar wheel started to advance downwards around 11:30ish just a little bit and then switched with a quick snap at midnight. Is this normal or it should've just snapped at midnight without any minor advancing? Thanks. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk. Watches are the new currency!
Hi all, I recently purchased a 2006 D series 16710 full set, the watch looks to be in fantastic condition but I have one major problem. When I unscrew the crown and turn the crown clockwise to wind the watch or set the time you can hear a loud knocking noise as if the movement is loose, there is no knocking noise when moving the crown anti clockwise. With the knocking noise it does feel as tho the movement is rattling around slightly inside the watch.I contacted the seller and he assures me that it wasn't doing that when he sent it out, I trust this seller so I guess maybe something happened during postage.I have attached a short video, you may need to turn the volume up to hear the noise.Thank you all in advance.https://cloud.tapatalk/s/5a36618a...507859_s03.mp4Sent from my SM-G950F using Tapatalk
