- I love the fit and style of this watch. I bought it in gun metal and I'm going to look at the other colors it comes in to get another one. Don't hesitate - buy one if you can.

Longines Longines 22L Movement wrist watches news:
Has anyone in Canada (Toronto) had a service done in the past few months or so. Looking for an approx price for a full service on a 2531.80
Did someone here just snag the Hamilton Stanley with a B-I-N price of $199? It had a running 401 movement. even though there was brassing on the high points of the bezel and actual wear-through on the back of the case, it still looked nice (and seems like a good deal for $199).Anyone???
I had the pleasure of meeting another WTF member today. He dropped off a watch to sell on consignment through eRelyx. He is one of the nicest guys I have met in a long time. Was very refreshing to meet such a nice, genuine person. Made our day.We assume that everyone on WTF is just as nice! (Sorry for being corny and sentimental! It's important to recognize the good people from time to time!)
i have 9 wrists. it makes it near impossible to find leather straps that fit. i was thinking of a navitimer with the black leather straps and was wondering how big they were. also, anyone know what a navitimer goes for used?
I have an Aqua Terra 8500 that I recently purchased. When I screw the crown down it feels very tight, but when I unscrew the crown it is easy. If feels like when I screw down the crown the movement is being wound also. On the other hand I have a Planet Ocean with the 2500 movement and it is smooth and easy both tighten and un tighten the crown. I put some KT22 lubrication on the crown threads and that did not seem to make a difference. Is this just a characteristic of the Aqua Terra and the 8500 movement or could there be problems. ThanksJohn
