Hello again fellow netizens, it has been a while! Hoping everything's safe and sound. I rather not necro an old post and since there's much to be talked about let's just jump right into it. Following the advice and feedback from part one of the post, I invested into another two pieces of PP before the July price increase in 2011. With a collection of two Perpetuals, one Annual and one World time, I was able to secure my first piece of application in 2012 an iconic 5270G. I also picked up a 5961P along with it, it is a show-piece but also rather hard to find. That again, confirmed the truth told by our veteran members "No money, no honey". You know I'm in love with the Campanola Line.
Now I know I had said that I would never spent thousands of dollars on a quartz watch expectually a Citizen. But last night I was reading my August 2007 issue of Watch Time and was reading the article with Kurt Behm who was a long time high end brand collector but decided to buy and wear Campanola's instead. Man the more I look at them the more I love them. Come on how can you not like them.

I was reading this thread on the Rolex board and the response were overwhelming against the AP diver. I know the results would be skewed but I am very interested in your thoughts here :) is the deepsea far superior?

Another Patek sports watch?
Hi all,I could use some help from some fellow Patek lovers...I've got two Nautilus models that I love. The classic 5711 blue and the 5726 White dial. One thin, one a bit thicker, one more elegant, and one a bit more sporty. A few months back I placed a deposit on a 5167 Aquanaut. The Aquanaut is suppose to arrive in a about a month. In the meanwhile, I received two intriguing offers from two AD's that I am close with. A 5980 Blue dial and a 5990. This has thrown a wrench in my plans as I've always been somewhat smitten by the 5980 but felt two blue nautilus watches would be a bit too much.My original plan was to have two nautilus models - one white, one blue. And to supplement those with the 5167 - the ultimate versatile Patek. But now the 5980 and 5990 have entered the picture and I'm not so sure about the aquanaut anymore. I've only tried on the 5167 once, a few months back, and that was on a bracelet (which I didn't love), so essentially I'm buying it on the strap unseen.
