Hey guys,Another cool video by Seiko Asia used for the Ananta launch campaign last year, I know it's a marketing ad but you see some cool Seiko watches in it. Enjoy.Cheers!
I'm selling my house in NY and throwing out stuff I don't need. I came accross a small box with some of my father's things (he died in 1992). I thought I already had all his old watches which included an Omega, Hamilton, and Seiko. But in the box was this. The back of the case says it's 14k and the mesh band is stamped 14k as well. Thanks to ulackfocus I know that M6 means the watch was made in 1966.I took it to my watchmaker to try putting in a battery. Sure enough it started humming away and the second hand began it's smooooothe sweep.
Hi all! Just wanted to say hello and I'm glad to have found this forum. Was introduced to it by one of my friends with a GMT Master II. After much agonising I decided to go for a Constellation in SS. It just seemed like the right size for my wrist and I have always loved the look of the Omega's. My dad had a Seamaster which I always loved..So here it is!
I've always been a fan of the Submariner since I got into watches. I've owned the 14060m before, as well as a vintage Tudor Submariner. Enjoyed both, and I think a big part of it is that I prefer lightweight watches. I'm considering the purchase of a new Sub C 114060, but I'm concerned about the weight. Alternatively, I could pick up a preowned 14060m. Either way, I'll probably mainly wear the watch on a rubber strap. So that brings me to my question: Could anyone tell me the weight of the 114060 watch head in grams (without the bracelet attached)? It would also be helpful to know the weight of the 14060m watch head for comparison. Thanks!
