- I love this watch! I can see the time but it's not a chunky watch at all! It's slim and elegant. I've gotten a lot of compliments on it.

- Virtually silent and beautifully finished watch winder. Of course if you have a large collection of watches you?ll bably want a different model since this one only holds one watch at a time.

Hi Guys & Gals,We are pleased to announce the launch of the Casetta Beta Test. The new CASETTA Watch winding system is based on a unique programmable watch winding Module fitted with Lithium batteries which provide a guaranteed battery service life of 5 years. The Casetta Module is shown here mounted in a Casetta Case. The case is fitted with gold plated quadrant hinges and has a magnetic latch. However, the Module is also a free standing unit and can be used without the case. In that manner, multiple units can be placed side to side or stacked vertically for multiple watches. They easily fit in a wall safe or vault and require no external power. The attractive Mahogany suede lined case with beveled glass viewing port and with high gloss lacquer finish is available for housing single Casetta Modules to provide the attractive fully enclosed Watchwinder shown above. The Module case is covered in durable Camel color synthetic suede with the rear panel of the module made of brushed
While watching The Hangover Part II in theaters last week, we noticed that Bradley Cooper (Phil), Ed Helms (Stu), and Justin Bartha (Doug) were all wearing some distinct watches. However, we had a hard time ID-ing exactly what they were (we did note that the actress who plays Doug's wife in the movie was wearing the large stainless steel Cartier Tank Francaise!)We've included 4 screenshots below to see if anyone might be able to help us out in identifying the watches Stu and Phil are wearing- if you have a guess, please post & let us know!
In the mail today was this manual wind 32.70mm stainless Wyler.Nothing fabulous, just a neat old watch with a classic look, IMO.Genta-esque case similar to the '58 Eterna Kontiki (okay, not nearly as nice).A few minutes with a toothbrush to knock off all the funk and dirt from the nooks.10 minutes with the polishing board and some polywatch.Added the vintage stitched oiled-leather single-keeper strap just for WTF and am wearing it right now.Funny: I bought the watch as not-working.Tore open the envelope, watch tumbled out onto the thin rug over wood floor at my feet...thunk!....picked it up, and it hasn't stopped ticking since Usually a working watch gets shipped and arrives stopped, not the other way around! The first 4 pics are before touching-up of the crystal and de-funkification.No movement shots, I've had a long day and don't want to open it up yet.
