Longines L5.656.4.73.4 wrist watches news:
This is my first post and I hope this is in the correct forum. If not, I apologize in advance. I recently received this Tiffany movement and I have been trying to get some information on it. I was told that it could have been Touchon. I spoke with a couple people regarding that possibility & both told me that they didn't believe it was Touchon because of the bridge layout. Their thoughts were Patek Philippe or possibly made by Tiffany itself for the few years they made watches before Patek took over. I was hoping someone here could let me know either way if it is by Patek Philippe. The movement measures approx. (27.8mm) in diameter. It is only marked Tiffany & Co. New York 20020. The dial is also only marked Tiffany and is a snap on style dial.Any information is appreciated.
Europa Star Poll Results August 18, 2008 Which country registered the most price-related online searches? France, Italy or Germany in 2007? Voters were divided on this latest poll question, however the winner was clearly Italy with four percent of its searches being price-related and the only market to break out of the decimal points. Registered votes were as follows:A: France (28 percent of Europa Star readers voted for A)B: Italy (41 percent of Europa Star readers voted for B)C: Germany (31 percent of Europa Star readers voted for C)
Does anyone like to dress their watches in clothing? This can include intimate apparel, or other accessories.Does anyone like to set their watches up in various role playing situations? For example, you make a castle constructed of cardboard (lets call it SeikoLand) & take your Monster(s) and pretend to attack SeikoLand, but you set up your Seiko Samurai(s) to help guard the castle? When doing this, the ranking/power of your officers (aka watches) is based on retail MSRP?Does anyone make special tiny silk pillows for their watches, so they can rest when not being worn?Just curious...:)
Hi folks,I was wondering how do you guys clean your APROs. All of them are rated at 50m. This sounds like a silly question but I'm used to cleaning my Rolex with toothbrush and soap under the sink every few weeks. I am a bit hesitant with the ROs. I am referring to 15300 and 15400.Any advice? I have a less than year old 15400 which I just cleaned two days ago same like the Rolex and it was fine. How about older ones. Like 2-3 year old? Would you risk it without a water test? Thanks for the advice.Cheers.
Can anyone help me learn how to put the Pilot bracelet back on my Chronomat Evo by myself? Any instructions or videos anywhere??Thanks.
