Longines L26294785 wrist watches news:
Bremont Watches has announced a limited edition version of the MBII pilots watch for the British retailer The Watch Gallery. This new model, the MBII/TWG, sports a very handsome midnight blue case barrel (the standard MBII model offers either green, orange, or grey) and has been fitted with a sapphire display back that is similar to what is used on the new Bremont ALT1-WT World Timer. The MBII was one of Bremont's break out models and effectively offered open availability of the MBI, which is only available to pilots who had actually ejected in a Martin-Baker aircraft ejection seat and is recognizable thanks to a bright red aluminum case barrel. From a watch perspective, the MBI and MBII are noteworthy due to their use of a proprietary anti-shock system which Bremont developed in a partnership with Martin-Baker to protect the BE-36AE movement from the extreme g-forces experienced by some pilots. I really like that the changes to the MBII/TWG are subtle enough to make the watch easily re
Delivered by FedEx this morning a couple of hours ago :DNot as good as some of your photography, but they look great to me!!!
Several weeks back I asked for help in deciding on a dial color for a new field auto chrono. I was looking forward to a 42mm brown dial for my 40th birthday, but have been unable to locate one. I am going with the black dial for my first Hammy. I have talked to Hamilton and they say the 42mm brown dial is not available here. (in the U.S.) I have found the 38, but I think it is too small for my taste. I was just curious to know where the other forum members found their brown dial chronos. They are availabe overseas, but with the exchange rate....It has been frustrating to have different information from Hamilton, the catalog they sent me, and AD's, some of whom don't seem to know very much about the current Hamilton line.
I've seen a few vintage oris's, not many but a few, on the forum. But are there vintage divers. I know oris has been around since 1904. When did they start making divers?
I picked up this Swiss Army Dive Master 500. I¡¯ve scaled back my watch collection to pay for the last two grails, my Omega AT and this one. I no longer own any Invicta¡¯s. For a while I was buying watches just to buy them. Now I will only buy a watch I truly want to own forever. Back to saving up again. I have only one more grail on my list: the Omega PO. I should add to my grail list a better camera, but these are the best pics I can do for now.
