Longines L3 618 4 wrist watches news:
The second watch from the still new Maitres du Temps watch brand is the Chapter Two (which of course has followed the Chapter One). The term "triple date" comes from the fact that the calendar features, 1) the day, 2) date,? and 3) month. Interestingly enough, the watch went from ultra complex, to something more simple and ¡®live-with-able¡¯ on a daily basis. While the Chapter One is a beautiful and decadent masterpiece of form and complexity, the Chapter Two is more akin to a nice looking watch that won¡¯t intimidate people seeing you wear it as much - as I have always felt the Chapter One is more like a watch made for royalty. The same basic dimensions for the case are used, but somehow the look is totally different. A fact that really has to do with the dial looking different ¡ª more direct on function, and not as showy with the complications. See my discussion of the Maitres du Temps Chapter One watch here, which I did enjoy a great deal. The Chapter One/Two watch cases are still some o
The window uber-large date with blue Arabic numerals is also just a receiver of the eye. However, the main attraction of this surveillance is the bezel, which is surrounded by 58 diamonds brilliant cut, with a total of 0.9 Karats. The a. Lange & Sohne little Lange 1 Moonphase Limited Edition Watch is powered by a L901.9 manual-wound movement, with 3 days of reserve power.
Hey everybody,This is probably going to sound silly, but is it safe to wear my 15400 with a suit? I seem to have some light scratches on the bracelet and have no idea how they got there. I am super careful with the piece. I heard from someone that sleeves and suit jacket rubbing against it could have caused this. Are they that sensitive? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Getting the jump on the anniversary.... Apollo 11 launched from Cape Kennedy on July 16, 1969, 09:32 am EDT; Nearing the Moon, the descent engine continued to provide braking thrust until about 102 hours, 45 minutes into the mission. Partially piloted manually by Armstrong, the Eagle landed in the Sea of Tranquility in Site 2 at 0 degrees, 41 minutes, 15 seconds north latitude and 23 degrees, 26 minutes east longitude. At about 109 hours, 42 minutes after launch, Armstrong stepped onto the moon, with ¡°¡one small step for man¡¡± About 20 minutes later, Aldrin followed him.
