Maurice Lacroix MP6368-PG101-390 wrist watches news:
I know this is an 18k gold B&M Riviera but I can't figure out the model number. Can anyone help me? Thanks in advance!
Hello, I have searched this forum many a night and it has been very helpful. Like I said in the forum, I am a first time buyer of a watch that would cost over $100. I have spent about 10-12 hours searching websites and forums and learning all about 7751 and stuff like that. Anyway, I have decided that the Longines Master Moonphase is my dream watch. I have an opportunity to buy one at $1540 plus tax from an official dealer. I know this is a great deal, but it is still a lot of money for a second year high school teacher. That being said, I strongly believe in only buying something once. And that being said, all I see on the TV are reports of "the next great depression" and I am thinking I should hold on to my dough. Am I crazy for not jumping on this deal? Will I be able to sell it if I need the cash?
Are there any reasonably inexpensive long power reserve watches. Either hand crank or automatic? Im not looking for a cheap watch, but being new to watches I dont want to go overboard immediately. Thanks Richard
Hi All,Simple proposition. Trade my DBlue + a little cash for an E serial 25721 aka 'The Beast'. I know this is not a widely seen model (even with the newly announced tribute version)I do have a newer 44 titanium (264001) and do love the versatility of the Dblue...but am thinking of switching things up a little.Opinions are welcome and appreciated !
My Breitling Chrono A13352 came in the mail. I opened the watch, and everything was fine. I shook it side to side to charge it. It started working like normal. I did notice that the ballast inside was a little noisy. The ballast seemed to spin more revolutions than a watch with a fresh spring. Is that common with a worn spring? This watch was sold new in 2001. It's not the end of the world, but my watches are going to work properly. I've emailed the seller. I'm just thinking of what it should be causing the loose ballast, and added noise when spinning. My $500 Tutima, and $400 Oris sound better than this. I'm just curious to know what the watchmakers think the problem may be.Thanks!
