- The picture was more appealing than the duct. Although it looked like the photograph, on the wrist it is clunky and for a woman's watch.

Maurice Lacroix MP 7068-P6101-390 wrist watches news:
Just when you thought Hublot couldn't get any crazier, they go ahead and release a clear watch. That's right, CLEAR. The Big Bang Unico Sapphire automatic flyback chronograph is the first new release in anticipation of Baselworld. If this is just a pre-release, then I can't imagine what the brand will have to present in March. 1 OF 2 So first things first, what is this thing made of? Believe it or not, it is made of none other than sapphire crystal. Hublot has managed to take the same stuff used to make transparent case backs and molds it into actual Big Bang cases. This was no easy feat. The case middle, bezel, and case back were all cut out of blocks of sapphire crystal, which is scratch resistant and is almost as hard as diamonds. Titanium was used for smaller elements, including the screws, crown (additionally molded with silicon), and the deployant buckle. Overall the watch measures 45 mm in diameter. 2 OF 2 The skeletonized dial is made of
I am really interested in the new Khaki X-Wind Automatic (Stainless Steel case, black face, leather band) and was wondering if anyone has any comments or experience with this watch? Also, has anyone ever purchased a Hamilton from Princeton Watches (they advertise on line and you can purchase over the phone)? They are substantially lower priced than Tornneau.Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
Looking at used automatic versions, Omega goes for ~$900, Oris around $500. Is the Omega worth the extra $$??
Hey everyone,From my paneria days I have always liked the idea of having strap options with the pieces I've owned. The options are pretty minimal at the moment with the 44s but I thought I'd try a couple out. So far I have only been able to acquire the 44 GP strap (thanks Jack!) but I'm currently looking for the grey Gomme croc strap as well! If anyone has any pics or input on that strap please shoot me a PM! Anyway, here are some pics...what do you guys think?? -Carlos
Hi folks, I posted this on the TZ forum but I thought I¡¯d share my 2017 SOTC here with my TRF friends also. First, what didn't make the cut in 2017: My first release of the year was my AP 15400 with the white dial. It's been the only AP I've ever owned and I do hope one day to get back to the AP family. Maybe a Jumbo would be the ticket? I really really wanted to connect for life with the 15400 but I could not get the darn watch to fit right. Even with the 1.5 link it was either too tight or too loose. While I'm being completely honest too I think AP went a little too big with this reference. None the less, a forum member got a great deal and off it went. The one I was most surprised about was my Patek 5711 with a white dial. I had the opportunity to purchase this one from an AD this year and I jumped at the chance. But for whatever reason it didn't sing and didn't stay long with me. Next to go was my IWC Portuguese Auto 5001-07. I had this one in the collection for several years. I s
