Bracelet links on new AT
I think I have read a thread about how to remove a link or more from an Omega bracelet. It was pins, as I recall. Well, I recently have purchased an AT ( 231.20.39.21.06.001) and it may be a bit loose. I picked it up in the Caribbean and with the heat it fit about right. But with the cooler weather I "shrunk" a lot. So, I thought I'd give it a go. But to my surprise, I see screw heads on the links. Is this new for Omega? I haven't removed them since the cheap screwdriver I had didn't cut the mustard and I didn't want to scratch the bracelet- yeah, I'm still a bit anal- it's less than 2 months old.So I may be off to my local jeweler, but anyone have experience with this set up? Is it as easy as it may look? The omega guys are a bit of a drive and that's why I may be taking it to the local guy.TIA

Purchasing new PAM, need help deciding
I have been trolling for the past few weeks and finally decided to post. So I could use your collective advice. I am considering purchasing a new Panerai from an AD and have narrowed it down to the PAM111 and the PAM90. I like the 111 for it��s simplicity and the 90 for the date and power reserve indicator. My concern with the 111 is that its manual wind vs. the 90 being automatic. Anyone have experience with these models. What are your thoughts on manual vs. automatic? I am on the hunt for a new watch. I wanted a Rolex anniversary sub but don't like buying used watches.Far off from that vision i saw the carbon faced Double Eagle. They are under $4000 and even close to $3000 on EBAY brand new. I have no problem with the non AD deal although 2 of them in the mid 3's are AD.Anyway, what is the deal for a non watch tech person in regards to the movement I have read about? Are there more then one version? Anybody have real world experience with watch as they are a few years old at this point???Does it wear as a large watch?Thanks any help is greatly appreciated

Question on a "collectors" piece.
I am graciously falling into a collectors unworn piece from 2004. I think I should buy one similar to it and hold on to the collector and keep it for posterity. Am I being anal or is it normal? I hate to wear it and muck it up when I could easily hold on to it and have a museum piece to keep for a while. Your thoughts?
