- great look, gives me lot of nostalgia, as it makes me remember my days as a student in Europe. Seems well built, only time will say about its reliability.

Montblanc 111197 wrist watches news:
Sponsoring the prestigious boat race America's Cup has proven to be?a big deal for a number of watch brands so far, and as of May earlier in 2015,?Bremont is the first British watchmaker to?be the official timekeeper of the event. Furthermore, Bremont also works with Oracle Team USA, one of the major sailing teams to enter the race. Such an important occasion demands at least a special edition to go with it ¨C we are seeing much more than that this time around though, as the Bremont America's Cup Collection has been announced today, containing four different ¨C albeit not entirely new ¨C references. Two, the Bremont AC I and Bremont AC II, respectively, are dedicated to the America's Cup 2017 event and are more elegant in their styling ¨C going well with the "official timekeeper" title the brand has acquired. The other two, much sportier in?construction and overall appearance, are the Bremont Oracle I and Bremont Oracle II watches which, as their names indicate, are designed to go with the
Hi! New to the forum, and fairly new to collecting watches. I'm not cheap, I just don't have much money so I shop for the bargains. Got a few from world of watches I really like, a couple off amazon, had a few others for a while. I like picking a different watch to wear. Definitely have my favorites - Hamilton, Momo, a couple Citizens. And others that are just cool. I enjoy learning about the different watches, movements, the history. It's all pretty neat.
Just saw the movie, "NEXT" with Nicolas Cage. He was wearing a really interesting watch. Here is a partial description...minute and hour dials at 12 and 6...no seconds dial but did have a sweeping seconds activated by push button. Looked like the outer dial was a tach or divided into 60...on SS bracelet...looked big, at least 42mm dial, black face.I thought it was a Sinn diapal 756 but now do not think so...anyone know this watch? Thanks in advance.Watchcritic
I've mentioned in the past of the very first watch I ever purchased.Well here it is. I think I bought this in 1977? I was entering the 6th grade.I do remember paying $52.00 for it.I've activated the chime. twice on the hour, once at half hourI've worn it ALOT in the past 31 yrs. It's been in the Atlantic Ocean with me, Cumberland Lake Ky with me, several swimming pools.I still like the watch. I think I'm gonna try to find a new strap for it.Still has a good weight feel to it. truely my beater watch, case sevearly scratched, crystal chips and scratchedPictured here with my fairly new EL
My 15400 is a gigant compared to my Day-Date Is bigger better? I love both. And for people who say the Royal Oak in steel is a scratch magnet, try wearing gold daily...
