Movado 3600057 wrist watches news:
Like most German things, this limited edition (only 150 pieces) Sinn watch has a complicated and confused name, but that has no effect on it being a very cool watch. Sinn took an 856 UTC watch with PVD coated Tegimented steel (specially made steel that is extremely hard and scratch resistant), and made a couple of special modifications. It would first be good to know that Sinn watches are the preferred timepiece for most of Germany's hardcore police enforcement, military, and other "hardcore" agencies. This version is made in honor of the German Bundeskriminalamt - Sicherungsgruppe (SG), which is the Security Group of the German Federal Bureau of Investigation, also called BKA). While not an exact analog, this of this watch as being made for the German FBI, which is called the BKA.Sinn added a cool looking emblem on the watch to signify the message of this watch. Pictured is a very Teutonic looking eagle with a German flag colored shield, and "SG," which stands for security group (as i
Ventured over the Rolex as few minutes ago. After the flash warms up there are several closeups used in the animated composition. In the beginning and at the end you can clearly see one of the new ceramic bezels. The numerals are routered out and there is gold fill. What is interesting is that the ceramic bezel material appears to be blue and not black! What is blue and gold? Well the Blue TT Sub. B&V calls the Sub (at least in high end trim) to be updated with the ceramic bezel and shown at this years Baselworld! What do you guys think? Am I imagining the blue, is my display out of whack, or is Rolex teasing us with the new Sub?
Hi all. I was working under cover with Adam and Greg to find a nice solid gold watch for myself. Like a simpleton I stumbled across two (both of which are Gruen) and had to get both. I wasn't planning on having this one be here so soon but I'm grateful it is here. Like our Masthead photo (I think it is the exact same case) it has knotted lugs, but unlike any watch I've ever owned it is solid gold! I'm quite thrilled with the tuxedo dial and the solid gold features, I just don't see it getting any wrist time. Luckily my lady friend loves the watch and will be wearing it. Here are some crummy flash pictures that I can share for now. I also included my other Gruens and I'll include the other when I get it. Enjoy!!!I didn't even know it came with the box It came without the seconds hand attachedluckily I think I'm cool and was able to fix it. Unfortunately it is a Swiss movement but here it isIt has some nice service dates (Might be my oldest watch)Here it is resting in the caseAnd the cry
Crude at best couple years back ..I'm hearing that they have come a long way....thoughts ????? Me thinking ,they have the resources and dedication to become a major player...what do guys think?:
This piece definitely has me intrigued. There was a great write up previously on here, but I am wondering if anyone knows if this has been released yet or when it may become available? Also, Is this an application piece? (These pics are not mine. I googled and saved the images)
