Omega cal. 471 wrist watches news:
It is getting to the point where I write more than anything else, but that is OK because I love it. Eventually some of you will need to help contribute to keep all my content bases covered. My newest area of watch passion expression is Examinerwatches-dealer. The fare is arguably lighter, but is for a slightly different audience - still the talk is on watches. Examinerwatches-dealer will need no introduction to some, but is basically a large news and opinion site where writers of different focuses and specializations are selected and given dedicated pages. I've been selected as the Men's Luxury Style writer for San Francisco, which essentially means that I will be talking about watches. Though when related luxury style items come up, I am sure I will mention them ("but watches are all that I know!").I've added an RSS read in the left column of aBlogtoReadwatches-dealer. You can click there to read my latest articles on Examinerwatches-dealer. Or you can visit my Men's Luxury Style page
I love those "on the rocks" shots
I'm trying to determine what was the first production year for the Drake. Since Will Roseman's Web Site is down, I can't check. I've checked the 1935 catalog from this site and it shows the Drake as a first year production. For some reason I though that it might have first been produced in 1934, so I could use some clarification on this point. Thanks guys, Norm
Ok, all of your feedback has encouraged me to get a strap option. But now which one do I get? I really like both, but think the rubber might be a little too sporty for the dial, but also think the croc may be a little too dressy looking.
unfortunately terrible picturestoo much sun in the garden and the sky was too blue, which turned the pics a bit blue toothe R has a light blue discoloration instead of a grey dial :banged:the black dial does not look black and the magnificent blue in the platina looks like sad blueas you can see ..... an extra 5070P as a bonus LOLeven more unfortunately than the bad pics .... these are not all my watches ...
