Omega CV2A10 wrist watches news:
Back in December we gave you the very first live photos of the Piaget 38mm Altiplano 900P, the thinnest mechanical watch in the world. The 900P celebrates Piaget's 140th anniversary and continues the manufacture's long tradition of pushing the limits of ultra-thin watches. At SIHH we got our hands on the red gold version of this watch and were just as impressed with it as we were with the white gold version. Here's a recap of what makes the 900P so special and a detailed look at the rose gold presentation. Enjoy. 2 OF 13 The Piaget 38mm Altiplano 900P had to take an entirely new approach to construction in order to achieve its amazing 3.65mm profile. Most significantly, the case is directly integrated into the movement instead of there being a discrete movement placed inside a separate case. The back of the case also serves as the baseplate for the movement. Additionally, the bridges make up most of the dial, with the actual "dial" sitting in the to
Greetings Everyone...Yesterday, I posted a thread - Satisfied. I should of held off! Am I weak!Browsing through the various sponsers of this great site, I checked out the Boschett site. Long story short, I ordered a Boschett Black Reef Ranger watch!!!Should arrive sometime early next week. Excited? Yes! Just have stop looking at these sites!Looking forward to getting it!BestBob
While my 5402 is at the service in Le Brassus I've been offered to get a Certificate of Authenticity from the manufacture. The cost of this certificate is $450 as the watch is 34 years old and I am already paying $2800 for the service so it's already a big out of pocket.Should I get it or not? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk. Watches are the new currency!
Excuse my ignorance but can someone tell me whether speedmaster pro dials should have feet on? Theres one appeared on ebay and it says no feet - would it have had feet? Can't be sure from the photos. Thanks, Alan
Hi AllAfter being a long term Rolex fan and telling myself I would never wear another brand, I have had my head turned slightly after seeing a Panerai on a gentleman's wrist whilst out this weekend. Whilst I don't know what model it was, it looked stunning and I have now find myself wanting oneI have spent several hours studying the various models and reference numbers (which is a bit confusing to start with) and THINK I have it narrowed down to the 423 or the 359 both Luminor 1950's. I love the brownish colour lume on the dials and think it would look great on the brown Assolutamente strap. The only thing that worries me is the size of the 423 47mm! (I have a 7.5 inch wrist) I guess I just need to try and find somewhere to try them onWhat do you guys think of these two models?
