I wanted to share my experience with NFW-I've been eyeing NFW watches for a while and I finally decided to order one. I had a little trouble with the site but George was really helpful and he even emailed me his number so I could call him. He really offered great customer service. I've worn the watch twice so far and I like it so far. I will probably order another one soon.

Incoming, feeling Blue
I recently picked up a Constellation that I find particularly captivating; The reference, 157.0001, houses one of the more unusual and uncommon movements, the super flat 712, This caliper is part of the the 700-712 series of manual and auto wind omegas from the mid 60s- mid 70s powering some very nice, dress looking, Constellations. This one was produced in 1968. Many were all gold with integrated bands. Most were rectangular or Tonneau, A few, such as this one, were stainless steel. The 712 has the distinction of being the thinnest auto caliper ever produced by Omega, only 3mm thick. The actual manufacture of the movement was done by Edward Piguet/Rayville SA-Montres Blancpain of the then new SSH Group, i.e., today a facet of Swatch that would, in part morph into ETA. That is if I understand the complicated Swiss watch history, and come to think of it, I don't.Anyway, this watch is to my mind, sweet. I love the and simple design. Hi AllApologies in advance if this is the wrong forum to post...I'd really like to add a good condition 60's Rado Green Horse Automatic (preferably a 25j model) to my collection, but the huge price differentials I'm seeing on ebay and forum private sales for these watches is bewildering. Some are going for less than ¡ê50, whilst others are being advertised at well over ¡ê200. What should a reasonable price be? Similarly, the golden horse has really grabbed my attention, but I haven't seen any of these available at all...Thanks for any help you can provide...CheersGary

Hello Everyone,I am new here and this is my first post. Forgive me if I am posting in the wrong section. I am coming to all of you for valuable feedback. Here is my situation. I am about ready to make a large purchase. It is between the all new Omega Ladymatic (stainless steel, domed bezel, mother of pearl face with diamond markers, $8000) and the 31mm Rolex Datejust (stainless steel and white gold, fluted bezel, silver jubilee dial with diamond markers, $8250). Both are equally beautiful to me and almost the same price. I am looking at this watch as an investment piece. It will be my first automatic watch and I am very excited about that. In order to make this purchase, I have had to liquidate some jewelry pieces (ones I have not worn in some 20 years). I just want to feel confident that the pieces I got rid of were not in vain. I want to feel like the watch I purchase is a wise investment of my dollars. I have always understood that a Rolex retains its value much better th
