- This thing is HUGE! Its more of a clock that you happen to wear on your wrist than a watch. Be prepared. That said it is magnificent, and a lot of watch for the money. Everyone will notice this one. Enjoy!

Last year, Zenith released the original Academy Christophe Colomb Hurricane Grand Voyage, an exceptionally complex watch that puts a fus¨¦e and chain constant force mechanism and a unique Gravity Control module on full display. This year, Zenith is following up on that watch with a sequel, and this one adds ornate decoration and artistry to the mix in honor of Christopher Columbus, for whom the watch is named. I'm looking for a reputable independent watch shop in Los Angeles to do movement servicing on an Omega Speedmaster with Valljoux 7750 and a Bell&Ross with an ETA 2824. Does anyone have some suggestions? Omega want's $700 and will only do a full rebuild.Thanks.
