Issue with Laptop and vintage watch
Wore my vintage Omega to work today and realized my Macbook pro has small magnets that pull the latches down to close the computer. I was wondering if anyone has had any problems with those small magnets magnetizing a watch. The booklet from the era (1960s) said that the watch would resist all normal magnetic fields encountered in everyday life, I was wondering if you think a laptop counts..........Granted my watch does not rest on the magnet, and my forearm comes between the watch head and the magnet, but I just got it back from a restoration, and would hate to precipitate a problem.....Thanks

It's been awhile
but I thought I'd drop in to say hi and show off my latest and currently only Hamilton, the Field King Khaki.I really like this brand but wish they made more Khaki styles 40mm or slightly bigger. I'm just not comfortable with a 38mm case
