Hi, I was wondering what happens when you buy an AP from a trusted seller on Chrono24 or a similar website ? I'm talking about the papers. Can you have AP make you new papers when you buy the watch or how does that work?Thank you !
Just completed a trade for my 15202 that I will be reviving in about 2 months and oh i really really can't wait, it's been a grail for a while but if you know me you might of known my abused 15300 which was very hard for me to flip until I saw a 15202 in steel irl. I am down to 3 watches in my safe from 6 gave the JLC geophysic to my dad, then sold the Hublot Big Bang which I has been killing my soul until I sold it and the 15300 is sadly gone. The 3 watches that I have now are 2 Pateks 5164 and my 5712 and I have an AP 44mm FC soon I'll be getting back my Subc no date from service, after I get my Subc it will be down to the 15202 and I'll be back to 5 watches I don't think I could change much or remove any of my watches from my current collection. Would you trade a Daytona + cash for an AP 15400 or Diver or even an older RC? Been thinking about this one for a few days now. I just got my Daytona last month but I think it was more of an impulse / grail buy for me. After getting it, the allure was somehow washed away. It's a beautiful watch, but I think I was mostly attracted to it because I didnt have one, as the saying goes, the grass is always greener on the other side. Not sure if I'm also attracted to AP because I dont have one, but I've been really thinking of getting my first AP.So, would you guys do it? It will be my main watch together with my Omega SMP. Don't really want to buy an AP and keep my Daytona as I dont want to keep that much money tied into watches. Also, thoughts on the 15400 vs Diver? Two different watches, I know, but opinions would help. Thanks!
