Omega Case Backs, Photos Please
One of the touches I really like about my new Omega is the case back. I am fascinated by the resources that go into a part of the watch that virtually no one but the owner will ever see. I find myself admiring it almost every time I put on or take off the watch, which is probably Omega's intention. Drive home the brand image and make you feel warn and fuzzy about it.I've noticed that there are many different case backs, even among Seamasters similar to mine, and I thought it's be interesting to start a thread of photos dedicated to the variety of case backs.Here's mine from a recently acquired SMP 300 Chrono Diver w/ black dial, 213.30.42.40.01.001. What I noticed about this one is that the wave pattern typically found surrounding the Seahorse on other Seamasters is absent on mine. As a result the Seahorse is quite large and has a lot of great detail. Hey everybody,i am new to the forum and i was wondering if somebody would be able to help me out. i apologize if i am posting this in the wrong section. I recently bought a couple of watches from a guy I work with. One of them is an Invicta and the other is a Stuhrling Original. To make a long story short, I am laid off and could use the money over the watches. The problem is I am not sure how much htey are worth. could somebody give me a hand in finding what these watches go for? The Stuhrling is a skeleton and is automatic.
