Omega 168.004 wrist watches news:
As most of you knowA couple of new omegas come with AR coating on both sides of the sapphire. This was indeed a good idea by Omega giving the Sapphire a blue-ish tint. But the down side is greater than the good sides...IT SCRATCHESSo I'm seriously thinking of getting that polywatch to get rid of the AR coating on the outside since Ive got quite a few scratches. You can see one of the 6 or 7 on this picture. It runs from the center of the watch towards the 9 o'clock...Has anyone done this? Do you have pictures of before/after? How should I go about to do it? How safe is it? What are the risks? Thanks guys!
I read somewhere that the 5167A does not have a hacking second when setting the time. How do you set the second hand then?
Thinking of surprising her with her very first Rolex.Only watch I really like is a Rose Gold two tone Turn o graph w. white dial. This watch has been discontinued but ive been searching online and have managed to find a reasonably priced one on chrono24Any other suggestions. Hoping 36mm wont be too large on her.Only negative thing about TOG is that the black indexes on the bezel wash away and lose color. Any suggestions

Came across this combination on the Rolex website for the first time and have to say it's stunning. Anyone on the boards have this model or have tried it on? Particularly love the black on the hour markers that makes them pop. Going to make it my goal to find one to try on this weekend...
