Omega 431.53.41.21.02.001 wrist watches news:
So, in the mail arrived a package from Correos which would be the Spanish mail service. This could only mean one thing. My great friend Adam's watch had finally become mine. It is beautiful!I only took some cell phone shots of it for my Greg related OHAS. I know Barry and a few others have been waiting for this very smart watch. So here it is!There you have it. Gruen alarm with Date function. The minute hand has a slit in it so even if it covers the date window you can still read the date. Even though it is awful to set it. This is a very comfortable watch! I finally put the Breitling in the safe for a day so I can wear this one tomorrow.Sorry for the bum shots, I'll get better ones some time.New pictures and videos. Check this out Greg, here is the sound you were wanting to hear! Some new pictures with a real camera.
I'm looking for an alternative to leather for a semi-dressy watch. I'm not asking about aesthetics or preferences, I just want to know how sturdy Hadley Roma Lorica (without leather padding or backing) is. I can't really tell from looking if the spring bar loops are stitched in place or just glued. I had a watch fall off my wrist because the original strap had just a folded over, glued down loop, and the glue gave out. So, will one of these keep my watch on my wrist? If not, what non- leather alternatives would you recommend, and what do you think of NATO on a semi-dressy watch. It's 42mm with 20mm lugs. Thanks!
I immediately start thinking of mine which I own and love ! Quality, innovation, with a long and storied brand heritage !Kurt
Love the white dial popping against RG with white strap. The RG pushers and crown are a nice touch as well.
Hi, I was looking at the Montbrilliant lineup with Moonphase that was discontinued in 2010. Any idea how good/reliable the movement it uses is (think is Breitling 19) since have seen some complaining about it being expensive to service. I read it uses a modified ETA movement so that means is not an inhouse Breitling mechanical movement right? I thought Brietling had started manufacturing their own movements in early 2000 through a Swiss factory they setup. Also saw a place mentioning the watch having water resistant problems although is marked as 30m water resistant, could anyone throw some light on that?Lastly any wrist shots would be much appreciated,Thanks
